I think Sullivan is going to force Trump to pardon Flynn.I think Sullivan can keep appealing to The Supreme Court,which would probably take at least a year.If Trump loses in November he would have to pardon Flynn before he leaves office in which case Flynn is a pardoned convicted felon and a Trump administration convicted felon.Thats a much better legacy for that traitor Flynn and Trumps corrupt administration than no conviction.

Until we see a decision (not going to) by a higher court that says that the judge can order the prosecution of a case when the state says it no longer has a case that it can stand by, then everything continues to be aggravation and delay fro Flynn but does not change what the outcome will be. And I am talking without a pardon. Pardon not needed.
