The First Shot?

What ideas do Ron Paul and Obama match on? If Ron Paul said this he merely did it to get votes from Obama supporters. Ron Paul and Obama are like kryptonite and superman.

Also can you explain to me why you dont support the Tea Party, given the fact that you have said you are anti-war and pro-balanced budget....

Maybe you just dont understand my beliefs. There are are many people out there that support Paul 1st if he gets the nomination and Obama if he doesn't,Paul has said similar things himself.Paul has said in the second video that his supporters and Obama supporters overlap and I am not looking it up but he has said similar things before .Some of his hardcore fans like yourself and maxi dont seem to get it but it is indeed a fact and the man said so himself so if I'm confused Ron Paul is too

Pual has some very thick headed supporters who think that if you aren't with Paul 100 % and would vote for Obama over one of the other GOP clowns that Paul himself lashes out at at every debate they are confused..we are not

LOL, i basically posted/was thinking the exact same thing when i posted, before i noticed yours.

Ron Paul panders a lot. I mean a lot! He says that because he is trying desperately to get the youth vote and some stray democrats. All sorts of people overlap. Democrats over lap with Fidel Castro. Hell democrats over lapped with Hitler on some issues. Supporting Ron Paul is not about an issue, it's about an ideology. That is why his followers are so dogmatic.

I know a lot of democrats that during the Bush years were all over Ron Paul because he was against the war in Iraq. Then once Obama went into the White House, they threw Paul under the bus. I've debated this with democrats for years. Not a one of them would ever actually vote for Paul. They just say they would.

I'll give you another example. Going into the 2008 elections, a lot of my right wing friends were all of a sudden HUGE Hillary Clinton supporters. They were saying they would support Hillary over Obama. Of course I never took them seriously. They were basically saying that because they hated Obama so much.

There is a big difference between what people say and what they do. You SAY you would vote for Paul, but you would never DO it.

I'd vote for Paul on the gold standard thing alone. I want to carry a leather sack of gold dust on my belt, and toss it on the bar yelling, "bartender! whiskey!"

Surely you jest?

Any btw you still havent answered this, since you are so anti war, and pro-balanced budgets, why wouldnt you support the tea party? Especially given the fact that The Tea Party would be alot closer to centre then Ron Paul would. Also why wouldnt you be in full support of Mitt Romney, over Obama given the fact that he wants to balance the budget and also wouldnt be getting us into any new wars.

1.I think the tea party are full of racists and wackos like birthers and Palin supporters

2.I never hear the tea party talking about slashing defense spending, ending wars and ending the US being the world police

3.There are about 5 Mitt Romney's depending on the year and political environment he was running in ,I dont know who I would be voting for.I think you are wrong about his commitment to balancing the budget and his stance on wars.He held firm in his belief that Iraq was the correct thing to do and that he supported staying longer...thats a no go for me

Thats where you are wrong at.You can support and vote for Ron Paul because you believe strongly in 1 or more issues that you feel strongly about that he will have an impact on as President. You dont have to support his ideology 100 % to support and vote for him

The tea party IS Ron Paul constituents!!!! LOL. Who do you think started the tea party. Mormons do not support war. I know a lot of Mormons!!!! Romney's problem is that he also panders and says stupid shit. So when he gets asked questions on foreign policy he tries to go with the flow. One of the knocks on Romney is his unwillingness to go to war! The same is true of Huntsman, who I actually like and think has a better shot then Romney.

And yes, most of the tea party wants to slash defense. Obviously you know very little about the tea party. Big surprise there.

This is far more confusing then a person who would vote for Obama if Paul doesn't get the nomination. How can you hate Obamacare so much and ever consider voting for Romney

The tea party is the Isolationist version of the right wing, are you serious?

Even your buddies in the left wing media will talk about the fact that both the tea party and the dems want to get out of all the wars, and its the neo-cons/Obama who want to stay, aparently you didnt watch the commentary after Obamas speech yesterday.
