Same FBI that failed to detect and apprehend Snowden?
Same FBI used by leftist regimes against conservative politicians and non-compliant democrats?

The entire security apparatus of the USA needs review and reorganization. The amount of money dumped into security off-the-books via FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, NRO and a dozen others you haven't heard of is staggering, redundant and mostly ineffective.
Today Rand Paul is crowing about shutting down metadata collection when the truth is in books like Puzzle Palace and others, the basic copper POTS telephone infrastructure of the USA is trunked through Ft. Meade. Domestic surveillance is baked into the system and it has been going on since the 50s. AT&T is completely integrated with the apparatus. Any radio frequency emission on the planet can be monitored, collected and then massive computers tasked to decode, transcript and analyze. Our country crossed the line long before most of us were born.
Does anyone here believe that cellphone surveillance really ended Sunday night at midnight?
