if anything, and regulate the hell out of it. It's ridiculous that we have small-time pot heads in prison for life and violent cons are being paroled and committing more crimes because prisons are too crowded.

PS - ashcroft was actually gearing up to attack the porn industry (with YOUR tax dollars), but then 9/11 happened and he had to do something more worthwhile than enforcing his own religious agenda...
