The Event, what a disappointment

I was looking forward to watching this new series, but my gawd, it's like watching paint dry. Have yet to be able to make it through an entire episode without channel surfing. Is it just me?

I think the "really shitty" way that LOST ended turned off many fans of this genre of TV.

I saw the first episode and never went back. I suspect that "The event" is more for the ADD generation.

Yeah, definitely, between the shitty way it started, kept going and then finished, I didn't want to watch it.
