I was refering to Buy1Sell2 comments. He uses the MACD indicator, so I was just going over some analysis with him over the message boards. You seem to have a problem with our discussion. Good luck with teaching your nine year old son how to trade. I am sure he will learn alot from somone so obviously enlightened as yourself.

You were very right--the intraday needs generally to be more impressive with regards to divergence to combat the larger time frame trend, whereas a divergence with the trend does not need to be (yes they do occur during bounces). I did not enter any trade today. The divergence intraday was more of a Class B divergence and not the Class A seen on dailies. By the way if you go back to the hourly charts, you can see short trades several times before the big down the other day using this very strategy. It works on any time frame chart and is the single greatest tool for a trader to use.
 
This is a Euro thread. Please feel free to open a cross pair thread if you'd like. But let's keep this to the EUR/USD pair, alright? :)
