Oh PUHLEEZE .
The only reason a lot of them have accounts is because social security
made them open banking accounts for direct deposit.
Social security no longer issues checks every month, because it saves time , money and reduces crime.
Ironically they still pay their bills by cash or money order , just like they did before.
