The ES chart on my eSignal froze yesterday during news...

eSig Ver 8.0, build 782 - no issue - 3 screens of multiple-timeframe, assorted symbols (futures, equities & indexes).

However, I bring up any tick, vol or second - based charts on Ninja as these cause issues on eSig.... :mad:

Hmmm, yeah you should not be experiencing THAT kind of lag/freezing. Mine froze for maybe 2 secs and then was fine.

Thank you all for the information. It's been really useful. I have decided to go with NinjaTrader with DTN.IQ feed.

I have downloaded Ninja and currently setting up the charts as in my eSignal set-up. Will use the eSignal feed for the time being and then switch over to IQ.
