Prior to being elected Obama did not say he would immediately end both wars

he said he would gradually end the Iraq war,and so far he has withdrew 60,000 troops and all Marines from Iraq

Obama said prior to being elected that he would send more troops to Afghanistan

That was his positions on the wars prior to being elected,and the people voted him into office.Now he is doing what he promised to do

Obama in 2008 sponsored a bill in Congress to remove troops by end of 2008.
Obama's policy has changed with what helps Obama the best. The troops don't matter, winning does not matter.
