Appears highly unlikely to me, it would require the cooperation of nations moving towards autocracy, nations moving towards oligarchy, and nations with intact democracies. Too many opposed power centers and individuals for this degree of centralization. But don't leave it to that alone, make an effort to protect democracy: vote to support the For the People Act.

I often hear about new world order spoken by world leadership, in my view, the world is already old very very old, the difference between the world and women is, women more older will not beautiful again, beauty will fade, but the world older will more beautiful, we can see developing artificial intelligent may change the world lifestyle, not the real world but maybe only fantasy world using like as virtual reality

Why not build a nuclear fall-out shelter that's good for some of the natural disasters. If not, why not buy an RV and move to the mountains away from the population, why not get vaccinated if you think the virus will wipe out most of us or spend more quality time with your loved ones and friends.

You would be buying weapons too...protecting what you have considering as the world comes to an end...the few people (30%) remaining will try to take what you have. Maybe you should spend this time taking a survival class, first aid classes, stocking up on homeopathic supplies, taking all your money out of the bank...
