So I've been hearing some say that the market is going to crash in Jan of '11.

Their idea is that the economic activity will pretty much cease after the holidays.

"Their" happens to refer to a local business owner I know - apparently he is going to cash.

I'm glad I didn't hear this first hand, or might have died laughing.
