These cases need to be elevated to the US Supreme Court to set precedent so that, abuses of the legal system such as these are not allowed in the future. Laws are no longer enforced against criminals but, they are allowed to pull BS charges out of their asses, wasting tens of millions of dollars on each case. President Donald Trump will win these cases when it gets to the US Supreme Court where it belongs.
