The Documents by Jack Hershey

Go to Tuscon and look for a group of pissed off wannabe stock traders who have lost time and money. I am sure one of them can direct you to him.
 
I am new to JH equities and am trying to get set up. I have been searching the ET site for two documents: "Unusual Volume - one pager and the 77 page document "Putting the Pieces Together". Can anyone please send me the file or a link if you have it bookmarked or tell me which thread to search? I would greatly appreciate any help.
 
Could someone kindly post a link or source to the

"Putting the Pieces Together" papers.

I no longer have the file and would like to replace it.
I have searched ET and only find JH referencing the papers without any links and a file download which no longer works.
