the difference between the usa and china. republicans.

republicans once again killed spending for infrastructure programs because it might help obama in some way. meanwhile what are the chinese doing:

China to build the world's largest underground system
After rolling out almost 50,000 miles of expressways and 6,000 miles of high-speed rail lines, China is now turning its attention underground with the most extensive metro project the world has ever seen.

That is a very logical comparison

Cause there is really no difference between 1 country spending money on infrastructure when they are running a surplus and they have a few trillion saved, as opposed to the U.S. spending money we dont have on infrastructure when we are running trillion and a half dollar deficits and we are 15 trillion in the hole, and on the verge of bankruptcy.

Btw China recently scolded Europe and the u.s. over their welfare state, i suppose all the entitlements in the U.S. are also republicans fault.

actually they are. obama owns the wars at this point. right?
then republicans owned the entitlements by about 2004 when they had total power and only increased them.

Then by that logic Obama and the dems now own entitlements since him and the dems held a super majority and had the chance to change them.

Free of Thought,

When are you moving to China? :D

hi archie. not anytime soon. dont even want to visit. i have friends who spent a month in rural china last summer as a vacation. they were peeing in pots even in some of the motels.

ok we agree. the republicans owned the entitlement problem before obama did.

Nope, i think that all politicians own the problem regardless of which side they are on, you are too blinded by your religion (liberaslism) to realize that every single one of these guys is a scumbag regardless of which party they are in.

"Under the current projections, China will build the equivalent of 250 Circle lines by the end of the decade."

Thats a british newspaper, and you really have to compare to even fathom what is going on.

In the period that the Chinese are building 250 of these lines, it takes the British until 2020 to simply "upgrade" the London tube.
Look it up and their projections.

It does not take a genius to figure out why Europe is in the gutter.
