You can do the math yourself (actually, maybe you can't - you don't seem to be able to every time we go back and forth).

460 cases in the August timeframe used in your Atlanta numbers above. Out of 240,473 total school population. That is AT or LOWER than most of the Atlanta schools you have listed above REQUIRING MASKS.

Again, we're talking about COVID student and staff cases and NOT about students that have to be quarantined. Obviously HC is going to have a lot of students in #s being quarantined when they are the 7th largest school district in the country.

Son told me he didn't wear the mask all day and no one said anything to him. Other kids were doing it, too. I told him to continue so long as he didn't get in trouble.

This last week you had 211 deaths a day on a 7 day average. You keep referring to incomplete data like it matters. You did the same thing last year even when the charts specifically warned you not to.

Now tell me why you felt the urge to make fun of 400-600 death per week forecasts on here, when the actual number is almost 1500. And you have the nerve to claim others don't understand the data.

Well, there are no more lockdowns, schools are re-opening now with a hungry Delta Variant waiting to greet kids at the door. Where are there objections now with some idiotic Governors removing face mask mandates in schools with a roaring Delta Variant.

Now they consistently state they've been consistently right in this Pandemic even though the data shows just the opposite. These are not the types of people to debate about any data, charts, statistics because they will be intentionally blind.

It wouldn't surprise me if these same people are supportive of drunk driving and smoking in indoor public spaces as well. The same kind of arguments could be made to support those activities as some form of personal freedom or liberty they are being deprived of.

The only thing that makes the risks real to this people is if they experience a major setback or loss personally. Even then some of them will blame other circumstances for the loss.

It was only days ago that Tsing Tao claimed Covid deaths weren't a big deal in Florida. Now the data's out almost 1500 dead in a week the highest number in the entire pandemic. Those 1500 people aren't coming back but unless Tsing Tao knows them personally he couldn't care less.
