The Demolition of Russia's Economy

And who determines whether that person who got rich did so through criminal means? You? CNN? Or should it be an American law court?

hopefully - and rightly so.

this has be done in every country of the free world.

every russian who became rich within the last 20 years or so is a supporter of system putin / oppression / dictatorship. otherwise he wouldn't have become rich.

and now it is time to pay back.

justice has to be done.

ukraine will be rebuilt.

The below is the only way this happens, just as I said.

"Earlier this week, a federal court in New York allowed prosecutors to confiscate $5.4 million belonging to Malofeyev, paving the way for the funds to be used to help rebuild Ukraine."

Have you actually read the article? Let's start with the headline -- tell us what the headline says.

Here are a few additional news reports about the case seizing Malofeyez's assets and the implications. This U.S. court case coupled with legislation signed by Biden sets the legal precedence in the U.S. of what will be done with seized Russian assets. The money will be sent to rebuild Ukraine.

Yet -- you don't mention Biden signing the legislation allowing seized Russian assets to be sent to the Ukraine. Nor do you mention all the articles including the one in RT stating the first seized Russian assets in the U.S. (Malofeyez's) have been sent to Ukraine.

That was one incident where the ill gotten gains have been proven in court. None others have been stripped and their wealth diverted to Ukraine.

The court ruling set the precedence that all Russian oligarch assets frozen and seized in the U.S. will be sent to Ukraine as funding for reconstruction and aide. Following the legislation signed by Biden stating this would be done. All of this is outlined in the articles. What is so difficult for you to understand. I should also mention the EU is considering doing the same thing but has not approved it yet.
