The Demolition of Russia's Economy

Putin, today:

"Сейчас инфляция находится на нулевой отметке."

"Right now inflation is at zero."

It's funny, I am reading a Russian forum's reaction to this statement and it is just incredulous. People wonder what reality he's living in. Or what planet.
