As discussed before, Russia will - out of necessity- be doubling down on the production of anything that was available to them during Soviet times because that is where their economic skill set is now. Producing wheat in Russia has been big with them since Peter the Great.
Oil, coal, gas etc. Ditto.
But anything that smacks of 21st or late 20th century, that's gonna be a stretch for them. Those rutabagas are going to be shipping by the ton. Not many ten-acre chip manufacturing plants in their future. Harvesting rutabagas does not require that.
Oh, everyone gets that the ancient capital of Russia was in Kiev - not Moscow and that Vlad is committed to being king of the slav world except the Jewel in the Crown is in Kiev so Vlad is walking around feeling like he has a two car garage but just a volkswagen in it- and the Cadillac is down in Kiev. Yeh, that's gotta suck.
Maybe Putin needs to send the mighty Russian army down to take Kiev.
