Ricter I stated the data showed that warming preceded CO2 accumulation and cooling preceded CO2 dissipation.
you were arguing some sort of twilight zone tortured logic and still are.
here is a sample quote from the argument..
"ricter why do you pretend you do not understand causation?
are we not in a dynamic system. Does excess co2 not get processed or dissipated when cooling happens.
when you are sleeping and you are cold do you hope your blanket will all of sudden make you warmer... or do you get up and get another blanket.
you were the cause of the additional warming when you got a 2nd blanket...not the blanket.
The data shows warming prededes the additional blanket and cooling precedes the removal of the blanket to go away. Perhaps Just like warm air holds more water vapor (a greenhouse gas as well) and cool air squeezes out."

Actually, jem and I had this same discussion years ago, but with climate change. I was arguing that if CO2 causes warming, and Man is adding CO2, then Man is causing warming. jem "went lawyer" on me. I used the throwing a blanket over yourself as an analogy, and I used the bullet is separate from the gun which is separate from the person analogy as well. To no avail.
