Exactly. Cut off all public utilities and services from police, fire departments, and EMT. Send them a bill for services they want, otherwise they are on their own. Lets see if they can make this leftist utopia work over six city blocks before we consider a larger rollout of their new world ideals for us.
The party of "progressives" setting things back 60 years. Of course this is also the party of science that thinks two genders is a social construct and there are in fact more than 70 genders, or maybe none at all. Guess it depends if the men are menstrual or not.

I read something long ago that was called the ExPat Manifesto. It was long and drawn out, but one part I really liked was how it said that we should require kids that graduate high school to go out into the world for a minimum of two years. Call it a graduate studies field trip or something. Give college credit for it.
For teens that grew up on the streets of Compton or Chicago, send them to France or Italy or Spain for their two years to learn culture and perhaps pick up a foreign language. For teens that come from Beverly Hills or the DC Suburbs, you get to go to Mogadishu or Bangladesh or something in the third world. Live how the poor live for a while and understand what it is to lose your daddy's credit card and support.
Then they get to come home and lets see if they act like this.
