that is one of those movies you just never get tired of watching...can watch it again and again.

reminds me of caddyshack...i would be getting ready to do some work and flippin around the channels and boom it's on and i am like well i guess the work will have to wait because i have to watch it for like 47th time no matter what.
 
did not trade much.....saddam rumor spike in the morning...white powder in tacoma story ...after those two rumors i took a long lunch...well i missed out on some big moves and didn't trade in the afternoon...didn't feel comfortable.

pretty much a slow uptrend all day.


missed spike up in the morning, by the time i felt comfortable felt like i was chasing so i didn't take it

1. rocket end --->macd xo reversal

10:30 s(93, 78) macd hist +1.25 29,373 the size of this spike had me looking for a potential exhaustion move.

10:55 inside range bar
11:00 trand channel broke, stoch still in rocket zone, macd ok
11:05 macd xo, stoch leaves zone enter short
11:30 stoch at 50 and a reversal bar felt if mkt was to bounce this was the spot
11:35 exit when reversal sets up.
Did not reverse position

cover @ 895.75 +0.75

day: +0.75 25 days: +46.50

at this point i sat back and took a long lunch and did not trade rest of the day although i did mark my chart up.

just lack confidence on days like today. anyways will review the day (slow move buys) and move
on.

Yep, I expected it to be a big day for the Hershey system. I wasn't able to watch the markets much today, so missed the nice trend.

more of personal situation...i was uncomfortable with the news/rumors...if you just ignored and focused on the numbers...a big day was possible.

at least i wasn't trying to short it.

Some people keep trying to short the market on a day like today, never getting the message.

IMO If you miss out on getting in early and/or you don't feel comfortable with the days action ... just take a day off from trading.
