Hey guys here's a thought experiment. Women supposedly get paid .70 on the dollar right? (Not true, but bear with me.) The biggest expense by far at most companies is compensation. So why don't I just start a company employing ONLY women, to do damn near anything, and thereby immediately undercut my competition while still enjoying increased margin?
Because you'd be sued(charged by?) by the EEOC for gender discrimination.
I thought that sort of thing was unidirectional.
I think the 70 cents includes missed promotions etc.

You thought wrong. And for fun, you can make it the first case of it's kind by trying your idea, and watch men file a class-action suit with the EEOC against you for being bold.
