Christopher Cantwell, best known as the “Crying Nazi” featured in the Vice documentary on Charlottesville earlier this month, is not happy that he’s known as the “Crying Nazi.”

After the Vice documentary was released, the 36-year-old Cantwell released a tearful video of himself saying he was “terrified” and that there was a warrant out for his arrest. He then turned himself in to the police for two counts of illegal use of tear gas and one count of malicious bodily injury.

In his first interview since his arrest, Cantwell told the Daily Beast that he’s done some self-reflection.

“When I come down here for a permitted demonstration, championed by the ACLU, where the police are supposed to be clearing our enemies from our path, and then I find myself involved in a riot facing 20 years in prison, I got emotional, shockingly enough,” Cantwell said.

He then began complaining about the public’s perception of him.

“One minute I’m a f*cking white supremacist terrorist and the next minute I’m a f*cking crybaby?” he said. “I’m a g*ddamn human being.”

The Daily Beast reports that Cantwell is in solitary confinement out of concerns for his safety.

Oh hey look at this, here is ANTIFA taking down Joey Gibson whose half Japanese, and his body guard who is samoan, at a rally called the "Patriots Rally" where 5 out of 6 of the speakers scheduled were supposed to be minorities, and right off the bat he denounced nazis, and white supremacists, yeah you nailed it man, ANTIFA has it on lock down, they are really looked at by intelligent people as an awesome group!

Btw the reason these 2 got arrested in the video was because the cops were too cowardly too stand up against the angry mob of leftists so their best idea was to cuff Joey Gibson who was getting attacked with his hands up, and his Samoan body guard who never hit anyone.
