The Crude Index scalper

For scalping, I don't have bias of what it should do, often times I am going with like last 20 minutes unless I have some long projecting trendlines, am not in trades very long enough for projections. For me ok to know what yesterdays high/low to get out sooner, scalping for me s all about "Time".
Always fakes around 00's, often you might get several trades of 2-3 ticks around this number.

This is our second attempt to get above the 1mn- 50ma, Remember what I have said in a past posting, that the 50ma is a momentum boundary. Is it good now? or is the 200ma overhead going to put some pressure on the idea? watch what the 1mn close prices do when we get nearer.
 
I'm closing for today, will check later. But 03 is the area to get above. So far today we didn't see a whole lot of pep in ES's step.

post 135, I posted yesterday,
After 08.75 is taken out, we have 2811 and than 2814 on the ES.

I do apologize for my screw up, but not sure how i could have messed up and wrote this number down 03:banghead:, But it was 2808.75. This is and continues to be the top range to get over.

For now this is what we're working with, upper blue and lower green. Do we have a top? Maybe, or do we have a bottom? Maybe.
