Everyone always states that presidents can only pardon someone for federal charges. That's actually never been tested and I think we'll find that when it is tested, it will be upheld that presidents can pardon on state charges as well. The Federal Supremacy Clause of The Constitution would be used for that test and it will be upheld.

The vast majority of Palestinians in Gaza have no desire for violence against Jews. They just want to live their lives in peace and are happy in Gaza. It's a small minority that are waging the terrorism. Many Palestinians come through the checkpoints and work in Israel every day. ----Just like here, where there is a small minority of Progressive/Marxists trying to wag the dog.
