Doesn't he have that kind of backwards? When water forms into clouds the condensation actually releases heat, so in a sense they are heat generators. On the other hand, clouds do reflect solar radiation back to space, so there's that benefit.

The thing I don't get with KH is I've seen her many times on committees and she was cutting and very enjoyable to watch. Not Al Franken or Elizabeth Warren, certainly not Jamie Raskin but she had her days.

But then as VP, she is very different.

Probably but I sense a certain degree of get Carter (president) about all of this. He was in reality pretty good except for a cracked helicopter blade here and there bad luck and such. He handed Reagan a much recovered economy.

I've seen her flubs and such, it's not really that bad for somebody talking off the top of their heads.
