Those Never Trump Conservatives made out like bandits under Trump: tax cuts for the rich, tax cuts for corporations, ramp up in military spending, Pruitt at the EPA, etc.. All Trump supporters got was the bill for all that. None of this could've happened under a regular conservative.
They are like a species losing a vestigial body part. No longer needed or serving any useful function, its loss will make the organism stronger.
