As it stands now, I wiped out all my gains from the past month.
I did not close the position but if I recover it will not be realistic
I was trading as if I was possessed.
Moved my stops. Traded 6 contracts (which would be the maximum by my rules but today was not the day to trade 6 contracts)
Anyway. To say that I am not happy would be an under statement.
Fortunately I have a short memory for things like this so I will pick up the pieces tomorrow.

Ok, before you go any further. You seem to be acting out of your plan and that is dangerous. Given that you had a taste of action and you can still FEEL the frustration (I assume it was real money that you lost) and the fact that you are not out of the game just yet, I would suggest you to STOP trading live, until you have a robust trading plan, by robust I mean one that you WILL follow when trading live.

I traded like a maniac.
There were some external influences but I should have realized them and not trade.
I am not sure if there is a purpose to continue posting but I will try.
on the 5th I avoided the chop by trading by my rules and took my usual little nibbles.
It seems that whenever I go after big moves I lose and when ever I nibble, I do fine.
The only thing that is not implemented clearly in my strategy is a maximum daily loss which I will implement starting on Monday.
I am not sure what is the magic number.
