"The "Ball" which has been positive since the Opening remains so and is calling for a continuation of the Up-trend this afternoon. Stay the course my good fellows (and of course the ladies)."


THE RESULT w/chart:

Steady sustained Up-trend takes Aver.. Ah what the hell, just check the damned chart.:D Dow +60

hey gramps,
i'd like to pick that battle tested traders brain of yours. i just completed an evaluation of all the trades i;ve made using the 'ball'. what i found was interesting, i have more winners using the "balls' morning call than the afternoon call you post in this journal. my guess this is because the trend is still young, plus you have a longer time frame (the rest of the day) for the forecast to fulfill. have you had similiar results???

In observance of this memorable day I'm going to lay off the "schtick" today. The "Ball" which correctly called for a weak morning session, is now calling for STRONG Market action this afternoon.

edit: the dow was -2 when I started preparing this post, after I submitted the post I noticed it was already up 12.

THE RESULT w/chart:

The high's of the day occured at 1:40pm during a respectfully subdued 9/11 afternoon session. The Averages close slighty above Update levels. Dow +4.73

Rennick has entered the room, bows to Mrs.Rennick who places the ceremonial turbin dead center on a magnificent full head of hair. Her beloved William approaches the mighty "Chrystal Ball" with the swagger of a Matador. A quick look brings an "uhmmm" response and he now takes to the mic,

Bravo(again), viva la "Ball"!!! I just recieved an interesting email from the Ball re: going overnight. It was very interesting. I'll keep that idea in my back pocket for the next time the conditions are right.
