Hi, can you tell me the name of the indicator who tell the difference in values of 2 prices in percentage ? like the stock app for iphone

and google when you tape your ticker + stock

this is very simple and i like this when i want to analyse a stock but i can't find the name of the indicator so can you help me please ? Thanks you !

It's called a Rate of Return ...
Your mind is the best platform ever.
Calculate it yourself with approximate but round numbers.
Or whats' the %return from 243 to 208 ? Uhhh ...
What's 208/243 or 200/250 or 4(50)/5(50) ?
It's 4/5 ! A fifth is 0.2 so 4(0.2) = 0.8
Or 20% decrease. Let's check :
It's actually a 14% decrease.
Not bad for a quick calc.

From 400 to 600 is an easy one ...
It's a 50% increase ! 4*1.5

This is Rate of Change (ROC). Clculated as
ROC = (Current Close - Close N periods ago) / Close N periods ago * 100
