The case for nuclear power in reducing CO2

Way lower per capita? Doubt I’d phrase it that way given China’s give or take 1.5B population.
So you wouldn't consider a salary cut of 58 % as way lower, or you just don't know the definition of per capita?

Here, maybe if I draw you a picture:

You’re cherry picking statistics. China’s emissions per capita is diluted by their enormous population. Why don’t you try comparing productivity, GDP/emissions.... I think you’ll find China at the bottom of the list as one of the worst for efficiency/emissions.

Oh, ok, so you don't know the definition of "per capita" then.

Why try to exonerate China by cherry picking statistics. Is there anything that the U.S. does better than the rest of the world? Or do you have to fault the U.S. in every comparison, needed or not. Seems we had a past President who did that every chance he had.

If you can comprehend the stench of listening to someone knock this country like a broken record, you may understand Trump’s apeal to the masses when he’s Pro USA.

Generally these reason.tv reports lay down the libertarianism a little too thick to be palatable, but this one echoes much of what I've read on the disproportionate fear of nuclear power.

Some youtube comments that hit home:

I've grown green in face telling people this, alas the fearmongers did their job. I'd argue that, for example, Greenpeace with its anti-nuclear agenda did more long term harm to the environment, than, say, British Petroleum.

When my dad was studying Nuclear Engineering, they thought that, by now, electricity would be too cheap to meter. They may have been right, if not for Greenpeace and the anti-nuke efforts.

My favorite thing is when the global warming alarmist paint doomsday scenarios, link fossil fuels to the doomsday scenarios, and they do this with the backdrop of nuclear cooling towers.

i'm not interested in your redirection after losing an argument.

Rah rah rah, isn't the US great, we emit more CO2 per person than almost anyone else in the world. We are really good at causing wars also. Rah rah rah.

You're a huge sucker if you think Trump is for the USA. He's for himself. Every Dem prez has been more for the US than Donny narcissist.

Lol, says the guy who criticizes the USA for it’s CO2 emissions, while he applauds China as they lead the world in CO2 emissions, basically twice the total of the USA.

Way to go “winner”. You and China have a lot in common.

He applauds China? I don't think so.

This is one earth. Everyone knows that.

If Trump cared he would tax China for their emissions. But he's an idiot, as so many of his appointments have said.

I posted the data showing China's output numbnuts, it's you who can't wrap your head around what "per capita" means.
