President Joe Biden privately told members of his inner circle late last year that he believes former President Donald Trump should be prosecuted, according to reporting published Saturday by The New York Times.
LATE LAST YEAR....that was 8 months ago.... in private.... his tune changed in public.
They already tried to impeach trump and failed along political lines. Biden is not going to publicly support any 2nd attempt to go after trump when he is losing ground within his own party.
At this point, it is out of Biden's hands. It will now be in Garland's. I do not expect that he will just sit on this mountain of evidence. And, unlike Trump, Biden will not direct his AG to do or not do something.
