Quote from Code7:
If you approach civilian ships in international waters, board and hijack them like pirates, then of course YOU ARE THE ATTACKER because you are acting grossly illegal, you are the terrorist.
How would you like Palestinian commando soldiers hijacking an entire civilian fleet heading to Tel Aviv?Quote from Haroki:
So you're against the military boarding suspected pirate ships off Somalia?
Or suspected nuke technology shipments?
Or suspected human smuggling ships?
Etc?
Guess what? It happens all the time, and most of the time, I suspect you agree with it.
It's just that NOW, since you dislike the Israelis, you're calling it illegal, and the Israelis terrorists.

How would you like Palestinian commando soldiers hijacking an entire civilian fleet heading to Tel Aviv?
In international waters, under the false pretense of suspected smuggling?
While in reality the plan always was to hijack all ships heading to Tel Aviv, no matter what cargo they carried.
To blockade and oppress the people living there.
You would see a problem in this case. But you don't see a problem now.
Because you are applying double standards due to your racist beliefs.

Quote from phenomena:
Bullshit. The Oslo Accords, which Palestine agreed to, charge Israel with policing and protecting the sea. The ships were redirected to another port for landing.
Your propaganda failed- again.
Quote from Haroki:
You're proposing a scenario that wouldn't happen. NO navy will be stopping Israeli ships, cuz there's zero reason to suspect them of being involved in any of the accepted reasons for stopping a ship on the high seas as set out in UNCLOS III.
Quote from tomdavis:
Most of the discussions I see about Israel are from people who have never even been in the Middle East and have no first-hand knowledge of the situation. I lived there, off and on, for 13 years while I was growing up. My father was an engineer with a large construction company and I lived in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt and UAE.
The problems of the Middle East are much deeper and more complex than most people make them out to be. These problems are religious, cultural and geographical in nature. One major stumbling block is the fact that most countries (except Egypt and Jordan) take the position that Israel has no right to exist.
This was reiterated recently in the proposal to make the Middle East a nuclear free-zone. Israel responded that they would join the negotiations if the other countries in the region publicly recognized Israel's right to exist. Over the next 48 hours, Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran made statements that Israel will never have a right to exist under any conditions at any time. Hamas said that they would never stop fighting until every last Zionist was driven from the Middle East. Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Lebanon refused to respond.
Egypt and Jordan were able to make peace simply by acknowledging Israel's right to exist. If other countries would do the same, even if it came with conditions, it would be a huge step forward in the peace process.
I'm not here to defend Israel's actions, but after living in the Middle East and being told many times by Muslims that they are commanded to kill infidels, especially Jews, I do understand the Jewish paranoia. After hearing the things I heard and seeing the things I saw in Muslim countries (particularly how brutally they treat women), if I were Jewish I would be paranoid, too.

LOL, Hello Mr. LOL Which Oslo Agreement are you talking about LOL? Is it the Oslo Agreement that, LOL, Sharon declared dead? LOL
"Sharon: Oslo agreement no longer exists
TEL AVIV, Israel, Jan. 10 (UPI) -- Ariel Sharon, who seems likely to win next month's elections for prime minister, said in an interview due to be published Friday, that the Oslo agreement no longer exists.
He told a reporter from a small weekly belonging to an ultra-orthodox somewhat messianic group with hawkish leanings, Kfar Habbad that as prime minister he would agree to negotiate with the Palestinians but "on a totally different basis."

LOL Your, LOL, propoganda, LOL, failed, LOL again Mr. LOL
Quote from phenomena:
Regardless of what Sharon declared, Sharon is dead. So referencing the opinion of a dead politician isn't really relevant here. Sharon said that Oslo accords don't exist, because the Pals broke them by attacking Israel and Israeli civilians.
