The c-kid/cold thread

Only thing i can think of is that he was always talking using lots of caps, and posting aboout his hatred of the government, maybe he read old posts of ours and remembered our handles off the top of his head by remembering old posts of ours.......

If you look at all the people who got the kiddie porn from EMR global it appears that most of them never set foot in the P&R section.

Cold on the other hand is definitely spamming based on Politics and religion section.

That is the part that is not adding up. Why not go after guys on ET that LOVE government. LOL. I'm certainly no fan of government. Although I'm not in the fringe nut case group. He started a lot of threads and there were plenty of pro government people there to pick and choose from. It just seems weird. I don't think we have the whole story here. I just would really like to know what the motive is. It seems so random what he did and he must have known the risk he was taking sending those PM's out. It basically became a federal felony the second he hit submit since it crossed state lines.
 
I agree that it seems very bizarre, but when you read through alot of the stuff EMR global was writing he clearly seemd like a sociopath, it was confirmed by many people on this site that he was a trader who blew out at schonfeld, and while at schonfeld he was apparently always bragging about what a big deal he was while everyone laughed at him, he probably assumed since he had created so many alter egos online that he could get away with the kiddie porn thing as well.

He was always getting busted on this site for minor/major lies, and there is no doubt in my mind that the guy WAS NOT the big shot private equity guy that he claimed to be.

If you read through the "warning" thread i also asked joe what the motive was for attacking joe, and apparently joe told him not to post on someone elses thread, and shortly after that was when all the kiddie porn started showing up with messages about how Joe was supposedly censoring free speech, and about how this stuff was found on joes computer.... etc..

I think that you are reading to much into it when you think he was specifically targeting me and you, what i was trying to say before is that he was randomly choosing people to send it to, in an effort to target and screw over Baron and Joe, so i think he just happened to remember our handles and decided to send it to us.

Max, can you politely respond to this guy and let him know that the best thing he can do for himself is to stick a loaded shotgun into his mouth and pull the trigger. He will be the better for it.
