There were no such people as terrorists, the Muslim world and the U.S. were peachy, and there was no threat of terrorism anywhere in the world. Of course there was terrorist before Jan 2001,but there was also numerous warnings about those terrorists and their plans given to Bush that Bush ignored.Bush knew everything you mentioned,he knew Al Queada was coming after us,everybody in the country knew that.Bush got security briefings once he became President elect,The CIA was begging him to take the matter seriously but this is how Bush handles things ...

It worked out quite well. He was impeached for perjury by a vote of 228-206 and impeached for obstruction of justice by a vote of 221-212. The impeachment had bi-partisan support as 5 dems supported the impeachment. Bill Clinton will always be remembered as the second President in US history to be impeached.
