The brave and heroic muslim freedom fighters

Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:

Yes, indict all those states who sponsor killing, who rationalize killing innocents as a necessary part of war, who blame everyone else as evil making themselves good...

Yep, sounds good to me...
Yes, this is a realistic solution.

Why don't we add curing disease, crime, poverty, and racism to the WISH LIST.

ROFLMAO!!

I think you are mentally retarded.

I have called for a fair trial for all those involved with the killing, which includes the USA, the CIA, Israel, Mossad, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Syria, China, etc...

No one is doing anything but pointing fingers at someone else leveling blame...

Fair trial for all who are involved in the killing, including Syria, Iran, Israel, Hezbollah, Lebanon etc.

You are having trouble calling for a fair trial of arab/muslim countries aren't you?

Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:

I have no objection to a fair trial of the USA, Israel, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Hamas, The CIA, Lebanon, Hezbollah, China, and all involved parties...

I knew there was a sinister reason for the huge influx of illegal aliens into this country.

The world will draw upon them as an impartial body to serve the World Court with Z as thier moral relativist mascot.

Quote from dddooo:

Let me guess, you're a european, right? In any case that's where the criticism is primarily coming from.

It's extremely convenient to discuss the weaknesses of democracy when you're surrounded by bloodthirsty armies of Monaco, Sweden and Belguim or something like that. That's exactly the attitude I had in mind when I mentioned self-righteousness in my previuos post (no offense). For Israel on the other side it's a matter of survival and even if it's not a matter of immediate survival they have every right to think 20 years ahead, 10 years from now it may be too late.

And Israel is already isolated on the international scene, they simply have nothing to lose. If you count the number of anti-Israel UN resolutions and compare it to the number of resolutons on Sudan (600,000 dead, 3 mln displaced - zero resolutions) or North Korea - you'll understand what I am talking about. Suffice it to say that Israel is THE ONLY COUNTRY in the world that is not allowed to sit on the Security Council or other key UN bodies. Oh and Zionism was a form of racism for at least a few years.

I agree that as a European, it is easier to have that kind of opinion-last time I checked there were no signs of crashing Katiouchas in my garden. (let's not exaggerate about the might of the Hezbollah militia though-not exactly a bloodthirsty army lol).

But at the same time Europeans simply cannot support Israel's attitude and its tactics (because let's face it, it is hard to believe these bombings are all "accidents", especially the UN building).

But more importantly, what is Israel trying to achieve? Clearly the bombings will not get rid of Hezbollah : they will be weakened, but give them time and with the increasing support of the population they will rearm and there you are back at the starting point.

It will be tricky for Israel to accept to start negotiating with Hezbollah, as it will mean accepting them as a political entity and not a militia. But that's the only way to solve the problem politically. And the fact is they are a political entity-just like Hamas in Palestine, whether you like it or not.

The Brits eventually accepted to negotiate with the IRA; the French with the FLN....
