10 million immigrants / 761,179 average population of a congressional district = 13.13 seats

There is a multiplier effect too- which is major but does not get counted.

If a 100 young women cross the border in a year, how many more democrats have been produced during the following decades. And the men coming in produce offspring, they are primarily of the democrat "persuasion."

Yet they are not counted as part of the immigrant surge impact because they are allegedly citizens.
