Why does Joe have an immediate understanding of the need to go to every hurricane struck town because human suffering and federal and state roles are in the crosshairs, yet both he and Kamala avoid the border like a plague where human suffering, federal roles are equally on display.

He would not be showing up that the hurricanes either if he had created those disasters as he has at the border. But as we know, republicans, trump, climate deniers, and people who do not wear masks cause hurricanes so that is safe tour for him. LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE TO BLAME. Much harder sell at the border. Solution: Just don't go. Problem solved. Unless he looks at his poll numbers.

When a president visits a hurricane disaster site, it causes resources to be pulled from actual safety and protection of the people and recovery and repair to be shifted to protect the President and creates a huge distraction. It is only a photo op.

Before you go 100% anti biden, every president including your trump went to these places after hurricanes (remember trump throwing paper towels to people without power or water?)


ANy president going to visit the border achieves nothing so I dont care if trump or biden ever visited the border because the hour after they leave they move on to their next photo op or issues de jour.

Not sure I am seeing an explanation of why Biden tours hurricanes and not the border but we know the answer.

Trump went to both.

Also, not to forget that Kamala is the Border Czar. Not sure one can make it a good case for her absence (acknowledging her hit and run visit to a border facility that she got humiliated into doing). Her frequent presence there should not be considered to be a distraction. She is one of the people in charge of that specific function.

And Joe? Right now we are just trying to figure out if he has ever been to the border in the last 50 years and then we will start from there. Probably he has done half a dozen hurricane and forest fire trips in the last couple months or more.

We see caravans coming hundreds and thousands of miles away depending on the population on the move. If they move thirty miles closer that day, and then each and every day. Guess what? Or did that pesky little problem of the direct witnesses there- including the photographer- saying that whipping the migrants never happened not work out for ya?
