All i can say it is absurd to say illegal immigrants are the cause of the spike... I dont repeat conspiracy theories from either FOX or CNN..
The responsible thing to do is to close the border.
Short of that they should insist that border crossers take a vaccination upon entry and are held until they take their second vax. Its kind of a minimum ask for entry to the US, legal or illegal.
If the Biden regime did at least that minimum diligence they would have a lot more credibility when pushing mandates on residents.
Apparently if you just shove them back over the border they simply try to cross again the next day -- they are now flying illegal immigrants to central Mexico to make it more difficult.

The Biden administration has started flying migrants removed under Title 42 health protections deep into the Mexican interior amid fears over not just rising border numbers, but also an increase in COVID-19 cases related to the delta variant.
The administration has continued to expel single adults and some migrant families using the Title 42 order initially introduced during the Trump administration and which was recently extended last week by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The order allows for the rapid expulsion of migrants, who are often quickly turned away at the border, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, amid high rates of recidivism – with migrants making multiple efforts to cross into the U.S. and the higher transmissibility of COVID-19 due to the delta variant – the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said it has started to fly expelled migrants into Mexico itself.
"As part of the United States’ mitigation efforts in response to the rise in COVID-19 cases due to the delta variant, the Department of Homeland Security has begun to transport individuals expelled under Title 42 by plane to the Mexican interior," a DHS spokesperson told Fox News on Friday.
"DHS continues to expel the majority of single adults and, to the extent possible, families encountered at the Southwest Border as required by CDC Order under the CDC’s Title 42 public health authority," the spokesperson said.
Reuters, which first reported the flights, said that nearly 200 Mexican and Central American family members were expelled deep into Mexico on Thursday in what are expected to be regular flights.
The Biden administration has not been applying Title 42 to unaccompanied children and has struggled to remove many migrant family units due to a refusal by Mexico to take back family units with tender-age children.
There were more than 188,000 migrant encounters in June alone, with a 25% increase in family unit encounters over May. The number of encounters overall is expected to rise to more than 200,000 in July. Of the more than 55,000 family unit encounters in June, less than 9,000 were expelled by Title 42.

I did not say the CDC is the source of the blame whitey for everything leftist narrative. It's the Biden administration and their media mouthpieces doing that while completely ignoring the indisputable fact that illegal aliens are pouring through the border, many of them Covid positive.
I'm just using some simple logic and common sense. A still too larger segment of the population unvaccinated is surely contributing to the surge in cases. A relaxed attitude towards social distancing is contributing as well. And it stands to reason that more people entering the country who are Covid positive are also contributing. What's the exact breakdown of it all? Who knows, it's impossible to say with absolute accuracy, but any reasonable person has to admit all are playing a role. We hear a whole lot about the unvaxxed citizen. We hear a constant drumbeat of the large Republican constituencies being vax reluctant. What we don't hear much about are the illegals who are coming in spreading the virus, and the fact that the Black and Hispanic population are still unvaxxed by quite a large margin compared to whites. Again, knowing that illegals are mostly migrating in those black and brown communities it isn't any surprise that those largely unvaxxed communities are experiencing a surge along with everyone else. If we are going to crackdown on American citizens to get vexed or else, then we need to tighten up the border too. To do otherwise we fall into the same nonsense as the climate change cultist have us in. Bury American industry with regulations while completely ignoring China, Russia and India belching out pollution day and night. IOW, we spin our wheels while the situation gets worse both with Covid and Climate change, along with every other god damn things these nitwits touch.

I am not sure U.S. Congress can pass laws regulating what happens in India and China. Also U.S. industry is buried because the costs are too high for labor and the quality is not the same for the cost differential. That is why Apple builds Iphones in other countries.
regulations in general keep companies following the law and keep workers and people safe for the most part. Imagine what would happen if there were no regulations on hazardous materials, pollution, dumping, work environment and other things. GOP likes to scream regulations are killing U.S. industry but other countries can simply do it cheaper and better. Isn't that the free market people cry about? When GOP has control of the Congress they never make some great sweeping changes that saves industry.. it is all bullshit to get elected.
It is an indisputable fact that illegal aliens are pouring through the borders. The numbers we see published by the government themselves support that fact. Are there no illegal aliens crossing the border? Yes or no? It is also an indisputable fact that many of them have Covid. That too is supported by the numbers the government themselves gives us. Have there been zero illegals detained who have not had Covid? Yes or no? We know for a fact the answer is yes illegals are crossing the border and yes, many have Covid.We also know, according to border agents and the government themselves, for every illegal detained nearly 4 times that number cross undetected. Knowing this it is a 99.9999999% probability that a similar percentage of those crossing without detection also have Covid as it relates to those detained. It is also indisputable that these Covid Infected individuals spread the virus to other people as they move about the country after entry. If that wasn't true then the virus would have never spread in the first place. If you want to ignore the role the largely open border plays in the spread of Covid that's up to you.
