Yes. Absolutely.
You can critique the methodology and the mathematical model CBP uses but it’s based on verifiable evidence and good math. While the range is great and varies, it’s the best account we have.
It’s certainly better than one based on household surveys. There is no way and I mean no way to verify the study you cited.
