I have previous posted my proposals to eliminate illegal immigration plus some short term steps for this surge. The first step is always to effectively control the border and stop illegal immigration. If you don't control who is entering your country then you don't own your country.

No one ever wants to have a practical discussion about my points to address the illegal immigration and residency issue in the U.S. focused on the realities -- for example we obviously need to address illegal immigrants currently in the U.S & stop them from hiding in the shadows -- which means allowing them some type of limited time visa. Deporting 11 million plus people is not a solution. However everyone just goes on back to mud-slinging their political narratives rather than trying to focus on solutions.

It will always be a problem but you can improve the direction of the problem.
Start by doing that.

Refer to things that Trump did compared to what Biden has done to begin to understand my comments to the extent that you can.

Things Trump did were for show and no substance. You are bedazzled by big talk and look right past no action.

Biden needs to at least do what Obama did and work with Mexico to move the border back 5 to 10 miles into Mexico. Set up border patrol there so when immigrants are encountered they can be turned right back around lawfully without ever stepping foot on US soil and thus cannot claim asylum.

Now interior is a mess and it will take years to fix the works because of what Trump did there are now tens of thousands of cases of undocumented residents who are in good standing legally and it takes forever to process those cases.

The interior won’t get better anytime soon, the border there is hope for. Anything else Biden comes up with I would be all ears to because what Trump did fucked a lot and I mean a LOT of things up.

And if anyone doubts at all what I’m saying or if Trump did a piss poor job on immigration just check his border crossing numbers which rose and deportation numbers which plummeted.

Think big along with the party that you elected.

Kamala wants to provide a stimulus plan for the northern triangle countries which will eventually be extended all the way down to Tierra Del Fuego at the tip of South America.

Also your thinking which is Obama-esque is racist as Kamala and other lefties have pointed out. Embedded within your thinking is the idea that the invasion should be halted- versus the Kamala and Biden campaign which argued that it was not just about amnesty- that just wanting to come to the U.S is sufficient for entry. They campaigned on a platform that the borders should be wide open and we should be facilitating their coming, not discouraging it.
