Now, I want to categorise what happens around the heart chakra when it opens and when it closed.

Open: I have came across these
- smoothness around its skin in some areas
- flow of blood is smooth ( this I noticed)
- flow of blood like cloted ( situation of stress)
Hence I am looking for other's observations

opening up the heart is a piece of cake, it's releasing all that energy in your balls that takes years. No matter how relaxed you think you are down there, it is very tense for many years. But if you are young it is no big deal, you can still have a good trip even if down there you are nothing more than an animal. That's why I like Greek music. They are the one culture to understand man has a very pure searching side, and a very animalistic primitive side. And on a good night their music will express it all.

Sure ask anything.
It´s a warm feeling in the heart area. Can feel a higher dimension etc. I don´t know if we should call it chakra, spiritual heart or anything else. But it´s not physical.
