On a serious note though I think many cryptocurrency‘s, maybe all of them except for bitcoin, or likely securities. However if the government refuses to give guidance as to what is a security and what is not, how are they going to go after Coinbase? Coinbase repeatedly has asked for guidance and none has come so what exactly are they supposed to do?
