Yet another reason why there will be/is a growing black market in covid vaccine vaccination certification cards. Not that anything more than a student grad printer is needed. No hologram pictures on them. So far anyway.

In more ways than one.

"Krispy Kreme is giving out free diabeetus if you present your COVID-19 vaccine card. Naturally, anti-vaxxers are all Jelly about this."

Anti-Vaxxers Are Already Big Mad About Krispy Kreme’s Free Doughnut Offer
The chain is giving free doughnuts to people who show their vaccine cards, and that hasn't gone over well on dumber parts of the internet.

Surely though it becomes counterproductive at a certain point eh?

I mean think that when employers do a little something nice like give you the afternoon off if you are getting your shot and pick up a free donut down at the local coffee shot that there is room for that. But flat out paying or giving higher value incentives makes people begin to wonder why people are having to be paid or get big ticket items to take it.

You know when we start seeing ads saying "one free membership if you get a covid shot, or two free memberships if you take the AstraZenica shot" you know they have gone too far. Or marketing programs could be questionable too. Such as, "get your free covid vaccine shot, before we toss them out or give them to the Canadians." Yeh, that approach needs some work too.

Little joke there. OR NOT.

And look... you can now get your vaccine card laminated for free before you hit the strip club.

The CDC cards are currently the only way to prove you've received a COVID vaccine, so Staples is laminating them for free
