That of course is related to the issue of Biden and his supporters calling for military control of the distribution. It is about finding ways of de-Trumping the vaccine and its distribution and finding a way to make it look like a Biden accomplishment.

I am not sure before Biden takes office. It would not surprise me if Biden personally performs the first vaccination seconds after he takes the oath of office. right there in front of all the cameras. Of course the vaccine will be given to a 3 year old child who is part black, part American Indian, part Hispanic, is a Muslim and has same sex parents and appears to suffer from gender dysphoria.

Biden will even say something inspirational like "Come here, I am going to give one of those things, uhhhh, whats it called, a vax, a vax, uhhhh, ohhh, yeah a vaccine to prevent you from getting that disease, i forgot what its called, but it has something to do with beer"

Oregon just legalized most drugs. That could be a pic of someone their getting the first legal shot of heroin.

Most likely it is covered by Obamacare too.
