On a more relevant note, does IB list their interest rate on free cash at their web site? I get charged borrow fees (interest) for a fair amount of short stock that I carry and the statement doesn't break it apart from the cash balance interest. Dya have any bread crubs that I can follow?

Benchmark rate is 0.17%

But they pay less than that. I did not see the details, but they should be on the page.
