the BEST stock options to daytrade or 1-2 day swing trade are...please add your thoughts...my initial thoughts are:
QQQQ
NDX
USO
RIMM
AAPL
GOOG
...any others?considering great daily range (or 1 to 2 day range) and tight bid/ask spreads...

QQQQ has a good bid/ask spread on its options, but daily range of QQQQ itself doesn't seem worth day trading.

I like ENER and GS.
Ok spreads on ENER, good spreads on GS
Ok liquidity on ENER, excellent liquidity on GS

C and JPM have ok spreads.

I've got AAPL, RIMM, IWM, USO out to study as far as to daytrade or 1-2 day trade options...

I also am looking at trading cmegroup 30 year TBond electronic (futures) options...they have a tight spread and great volume...I can get real time prices on them...just to add a thought...I know they are not stock options...
