I signed up for a real account, they screw up twice in a week so i withdrew everything.

Once they filled a stop when they should not (eur/usd). another they did not fill an entry order when they should (crude futures)... they acknowledge both mistakes and repaid money they should not have taken... of course i lost the opportunity to take profit on both trades.

Just to let you know.
 
Many companies offer much slower Demo platforms than their Live ones. You will not be scalping on their live platform.

Ask Customer services about it and keep their reply.

i mentioned GFT. the other poster is talking about GFX. 2 seperate entities.
