The best day trading software.. a question for those who have tried them all

How much capital is required to use Rediplus platform?
If Don Bright says it is the best or perhaps one of the best, then it is likely so. How many other platforms do you know of that have identified "Dark Pools" of capital not traded on public exchanges. And offers the capability to trade there.
I know of none.
