I saw that Trump is taking credit for clinton falling in the polls and states he will take bernie apart when needed.

I believe he will.

I think he (Trump) will get the same percent nationally that he is now getting among the Republicans plus some small fraction of the remaining Republicans. That should get him into a respectable but losing high 40s percentage among voters. That won't be enough nationally. There are too few educated voters out there, but far too many for Trump to be elected. Please archive this post. We can revisit it after the election.

I think a primary difference between Sanders and Trump is that Trump is making hardened enemies hand over fist, whereas Sanders is making disbelievers and believers, but not hardened enemies. People naturally like Bernie. He has many friends on both sides of the isle in the House and Senate.

The level of discontent has, indeed, surprised the establishment. In the past, they were able to promise, never deliver and still get re-elected. Now, suddenly, comes someone who - to them - says all the wrong things and all of a sudden has a dedicated and growing following.

that's what I said when he was at 30%. 30% are braindead and just want to hear something they can understand. Yet now we are talking 40% like nothing has changed. If you are just talking politics and not what is good for the country, once a jew gets out of New Hampshire it is hard to find a friend, especially among blacks.

The humor in it all is you democrats still take politics seriously, like it can be a vehicle for positive change. No big deal for you, but a big problem for the media.

The funny thing is, I have yet to hear Trump say anything that is untrue, no matter how crazy it sounds to the pc crowd, and even me.

For instance, "We need to ban muslims until we figure out what the hell is going on." How is that untrue? What's the other side? "No, we should keep doing what we are doing even though we don't know what the heck is going on."? And everyone of his quotes follow that same logic.

But I like the Bern. He's the first one that even got Hillary asking, "And how again are we going to pay for it?"

This so far is shaping up to be an election unlike any I can recall. It is very early, and normally anyone would be a fool to predict primary winners and losers this early. But oddly, the die seems already to have been cast. The populist wind in both parties appears unstoppable. But is it? Betty Davis said it best, "Fasten your seatbelts..."
